Rubican drinks - halaal or haraam?

here i just came across with a text message saying that rubican contains 0.05% of one alcohol element mixed in any juices of rubican to bring up the flavour.. to my opinion that it seems now its halaal when they stated its haram.. now thats confusing... here is the quote from the website -

Questions about soft drinks containing ethyl alcohol have been raised a number of times by concerned Muslims over the past few years. My own opinion its not haram as there is a very small amount of ethyl alcohol
probably less then in non-alcoholic beer even during the time of the prophet (bpuh) alcohol was not banned until later because of peoples behaviour after getting intoxicated.

If the level is so low in Rubican fruit juices that there is no chance of getting intoxicated, I see no problem in drinking those juices.
